09/01/00 Hi.  I'm Shannon Victoria, and this is the story of my birth.  I decided to come two weeks early.  But I left one item out of my calculations.  I didn't realize my dad wouldn't be home until September 2nd.  Sorry Dad, I just couldn't wait to see all of you!

I was born on Friday, September 1st at 1:56pm.  I was 6 lbs 10 oz and 20 1/2 inches long, here I am with my mom for the first time.  Here I am with my Tia Zully, she was with my mom for my delivery since my dad was still on his way. Mom and I spent 3 nights in the hospital and came home on Monday.  We are all doing fine and look forward to seeing everyone for the first time.

09/08/00  Well I hope this was quick enough.  Here I am fully awake and bright eyed and bushy tailed. Do you think my hat is a fashion statement? At least it keeps my head warm. And here I am with my big sister Ayla.  I may not be as big as Ayla yet, just watch me grow and grow!
